Dr. Bubay shares a lab at Global Dynamics with Dr. Ashe. When his memory was erased he was about to secure his experiment. As a result of the memory loss he failed to do so, and thus his chemical mixture became unstable and ignited. Dr. Bubay was responsible for monitoring such things in that lab. Dr. Bubay and Dr. Ashe created an unbreakable glue for brick mortar. Allison Blake believed that it could revolutionize earthquake safety.
