Carol Taylor is the owner/operator of Taylor Organic Poultry Farm, where she was able to breed the genetically modified Chester - the "perfect" bird - from the genes of multiple chicken species which Carol meticulously selected, although she herself doesn't eat meat (E=MC...? ).
Taylor is also a regular participant in Eureka's annual biomimetic dog show. Her dog Fifi won best in show two years running - and also helped save Eureka from a deadly magma pocket that was developing under the town (Best in Faux).
