David Nykl is a Czech-born Canadian actor, who plays Dr. Stephen Whiticus on Eureka. He is best known for his recurring role as Radek Zelenka on Stargate Atlantis, a character originally intended to be Russian, but which was rewritten to take advantage of David's native Czech. More recently he was the Bratva founder Anatoly Knyazev on Arrow.
