The Emergency Pneumatic Vacuum Tube Communication System is a network of tubes that leads to every building in Eureka, Oregon. The vacuum tubes were created as an emergency communication system and incorporated into the towns safety plans. The main Hub for the system is located at Global Dynamics in Substation C 19. Access tubes are located are behind a picture of at George W. Bush at the Sheriff station and behind a wall panel at Café Diem. Sheriff Jack Carter used the Emergency Pneumatic Vacuum Tube Communication System to distribute an aerosol fungicide thought out the town meant to kill a fungus that had infested all of the PetroTech in Eureka.
