Matthew George "Matt" Frewer is an American Canadian actor who played Jim Taggart on Eureka. Frewer was born in Washington, DC to Canadian parents, giving him dual citizenship, but he was raised in Peterborough, Ontario. Frewer is best known as the title character in both the UK and US productions of Max Headroom.
