Sparky was a Shih Tzu that was bought by Fargo, apparently for the sole purpose of winning the "Most Realistic Robot Dog" contest. However, this dog was actually alive, and not a robot. The judges, unaware of this fact, still awarded him the prize. Sheriff Carter found out that the dog was real when it peed on him, but it is unknown if he told anyone. ("Best in Faux")
